|An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual seeking to expand their sales career with an organization who manufactures and distributes premium skin and body care to the professional esthetic market.
Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or prospective clients and other potential customers
End-to-end coordination of customer production orders
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Customer quotations / pro forma orders
Create custom client forms and documentation tailor to their needs (as appropriate)
Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problem; and following up with management in such a way the client is satisfied with the outcome
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Gather marketplace information to increase technical awareness of existing and new products
All aspects of account management
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Attend tradeshows and promotional events from time to time
Visit accounts to present products and conduct product knowledge training (occasionally)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate ethical business practices, integrity and high professional standards in all areas related to sales and company representation
Patient and customer focused approach to sales process
Diplomatic – able to navigate complex client relationships and resolve them in a positive way
Attention to detail is essential
3-10+ years in similar role or experience in sales (preferably skin care)
Ability to interpret technical information and convey it’s content to clients and colleagues
Motivated, resourceful and dedicated
Esthetic / Spa background (clinical skincare/day spa/esthetics/manufacturing etc.)
Ability to work well in a team or independently
