Co-op Professional Acting Program

In our two-year (96 weeks) program you will be guided through a journey of self-exploration, and given the tools to begin your mastery of the craft of acting.

The initial fourteen weeks focuses on in-depth voice and movement work, along with scene study and text analysis. Here the student actor learns how to prepare a role. Using their own creative mind, coupled with their body and voice, they pull from the text and lift the words from the page as they bring a character to life.

The next fourteen weeks focuses on camera work. In our on-camera and audition classes you will learn how best to work with the technology of today's television and film medium. This work then leads into short film projects designed to open the students' creative imaginations, and turn dreams into digital reality.

Also included is a full-length theatrical production. So if you aspire to act on the stage, or in film and television, New Image is the right school for you.
