For our latest stellar play, our 2nd Year Film Acting Conservatory students will be presenting Romeo+Juliet, by Sir William Shakespeare! Director Ben Bass brings us this classic Shakespearean story set in modern-day Verona where the Montagues and Capulets are two feuding families whose children, Romeo and Juliet, meet and fall in love.

The couple is forced to hide their love from the world because they know that their parents will not allow them to be together. There are several obstacles in their way, such as Juliet’s cousin, Tybalt, and Romeo’s friend Mercutio, putting the ages old refrain of \”blood is thicker than water\” to the test as the couple struggles to embrace their love.

Many fights ensue in this passionate tale of the famed star-crossed lovers. Just how far will they go to see their love through?
