NIC Fashion and Film Make-up Design Students Dive in to The World of Casting and Sculpting!

NIC Fashion and Film Make-up Design students can be seen here learning how to live cast in our prosthetics module! In this module, students learn how to take facial impressions on their models. They then finish the process with pouring plaster to complete an exact replica of the model! This is a very important step that takes place before sculpting. This hands on experience allows our students to effectively learn how to cast and sculpt prosthetic pieces, allowing them to enter into the TV and Film Makeup Industry!

New Image College Graduate Stars in Theatre Production!

New Image College Film Acting Conservatory graduate Alexandra Quispe has made a huge step forward in her career as she takes the starring lead in “Once On This Island”!

Alexandra has been committed to becoming an actor from a young age. She worked hard to save up the funds as a teenager to be able to attend an acting program. After high school, Alexandra knew New Image College was the correct choice and make the right move to enter in to the Film Acting Conservatory Program, one of the most popular choices in the country. Alexandra worked very hard and took advantage of every second while enrolled at NIC. Always the first to arrive in class and the last to leave, her work certainly paid off. While she trained for auditions, she met the powerhouse agent, Andrew Webster of the Webster Talent Agency.

Alexandra is now auditioning for prominent TV and Film roles. We are incredibly proud of her!

Let’s go see Alexandra Quispe  in “Once On This Island” and support our own!
