Irina Kolesnikova came to Canada in the mid-90s with the dream of establishing a business that she could proudly call her own. Now, thanks to her dedication and her studies here at New Image, it has finally happened! Irina's Vancouver-based spa, Euro Charm Skincare & Body Clinic, opened its doors in 2008, and her reputation grows every day.
It was a long road to success. Driven by decades-long interest in alternative medicine, Irina first graduated from a program at a local Laser Institute and completed various night courses before joining New Image. Here she enrolled in our year-long Spa Technician Diploma Program. Along with mastering techniques in nail, body and skin care, Irina acquired the business skills of salon operation, product knowledge and customer care.
Nowadays, Irina vividly recalls her time at New Image: the attentive instructors and the practical experience that other esthetics schools couldn't offer. In today's competitive beauty industry, Irina's success is proof of our education's value. In Irina's own words, "New Image has provided me with the training, business skills and support needed to help me follow my dream."
