Several months ago, Colt Lasell was given a project by his instructor, where he researched the various spas around downtown Vancouver and discovered Spruce Body Lab. So, a couple of weeks ago, as he was very impressed with the facilities and clean image they had, he dropped his resume off there. A couple of days later he was contacted by the manager who called him in for an interview. When he arrived they engaged in small talk and discussions about products. They asked him what it was that he was looking for in a career to which he responded, "A career that will keep my interest and be rewarding". He would be breaking into an industry dominated strictly by women. He was then contacted for a second interview a couple of days later at which time he met with the general manager. Again, they discussed the Spruce Body Lab Spa and the services they provide. In a third meeting, he was brought in for a practice called interview where he performed a supervised facial and a last tint with brow tweeze. Again, two days later he was asked to come into the spa where he was then offered the position.
