Qualifications Required

-Consistent high personal standards and confidence in your abilities

-Must work at least one day on the weekend in overall availability

-Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to build positive relationships with our staff and guests

-Desire to keep up to date with the latest trends and ongoing industry education

-Involvement and passion for our social media outlets

-Strong organizational skills to ensure the success of location operations

-Seize every opportunity to educate yourself and confidence in asking for help

-Proactively work to gain the information you require to fulfill your job requirements and network with the entire management team to progressively turn your weaknesses into strengths

-Utilize resources available to better manage yourself and your team in support of all company systems and directives

-Forecast, develop and achieve financial and operational excellence in your location

-Solicit guest feedback monthly to understand the guest’s needs

-Develop our business through promotions, cross promotion and mall events. Network and make connections!

-Constantly review your location and its environment for key business indicators

-Strong ability train and develop new leaders for all current and or future positions within the Megahair Family. Partner with us to promote our passion for employees to grow with the Family

-Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry

-Create a high performance environment where our guest rituals and champion guest service are completed with each and every guest

-Provide effective coaching and direction to your team on a daily and weekly basis

-Demonstrate a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events and manage smooth transitions

-Display a guests comes first attitude through leading by example, training, staff accountability and follow up ensuring legendary guest service

-Accountability to monitor all aspects of inventory to control stock levels, reduce shrink and ensure you are never without product to sell

-Demonstrate high standards in cleanliness to ensure immaculate presentation of your location and an overall positive atmosphere

-Attend & ensure team participation in company events, clinics, classes, seminars & team meetings

-Follow up to ensure delegation of any duties required are continuously maintained
