
Michael Adamthwaite won his first role in a BBC mini-series entitled "Little Lord Fauntleroy" while living in England at the age of twelve. He later settled in Vancouver in 2000 to continue acting. For several years Michael had the fortune of studying under Warren Robertson, renowned acting teacher and coach to famed acting teacher Larry Moss. Michael Also attended several other reputable Vancouver based schools including the Actors Working Academy, William B Davis Centre, and the Vancouver Film School. Michael’s passion for teaching has taken many forms over the past several years in the city -- from colleges, to private voice coaching, scene study, voice-over , movement, and dialect, to taped auditions and on camera workshops. Since 2000, Michael has been featured in many films and series including Watchmen, New Moon, Chronicles of Riddick, Walking Tall, Walk all over me, Dragon Boys, River World, Smallville, Reaper, Sanctuary, Men in Trees, Intelligence, Flash Gordon, Blood Ties, Psych, Saved, Whistler. Michael has also leant his voice to such projects as, Hulk VS, Next Avengers, X-Men Evolution, Ghost in the Shell as Laughing Man, Fantastic Four, Transformers, Gundum Seed, Zeke’s Pad, and many other animated projects. Michael has also received LEO nominations for his work in both CBC’S DRAGON BOYS, and WALK ALL OVER ME.
